Ordering Information

Ordering is simple. Below is information on how to place an order. We accept all major credit cards, payment via C.O.D. & we can offer terms to qualified customers. Overseas customers are required to pay by credit card or wire transfer. You must submit a Request for Quote or call our Sales Department (949) 276-5225 to confirm availability & pricing, before you can place an order.

Methods of Payment

4 Star Electronics offers a number of payment methods to process your order in a fast and simple way. Below is a list of payment methods accepted by 4 Star Electronics:

  • C.O.D.
  • Credit Card
  • WireTransfer
  • Money Order
  • Company Check
  • Cashiers/Certified Check
  • Credit Terms (Qualified Customers Only)

To Place an Order

After you receive a quote from your salesperson, choose your form of payment:

  • If the order is going to be C.O.D. then we require a hard copy Purchase Order. We accept Purchase Orders by fax at (949) 240-8503 or you can email it to sales@4starelectronics.com

  • If you would like to pay by Credit Card, download our Credit Card Order Form, fill it out completely including signature and fax it to (949) 240-8503 (If you don't feel comfortable faxing the credit card number, just exclude the card number on the fax and your sales rep will call you for it). To ensure your order is promptly and correctly entered into our system no orders will be processed until we receive a Purchase Order or Credit Card Authorization Form. Please fax all orders to (949) 240-8503.

Credit Cards

4 Star Electronics gladly accepts Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. By using your credit card your order can be expedited quickly and worry free. Our credit cards are processed off-line through Wells Fargo Bank, in a safe and secure manner.

This form is in Adobe Acrobat format (.pdf) if you are having trouble downloading this form, there are directions on how to install the software needed to view/print this form on the Downloads Page.

Wire Transfers

Wire Transfers or T/T''s is just another payment option you have when placing an order with 4 Star Electronics. By sending a Wire Transfer you get the peace of mind knowing that your funds are safely and accurately deposited into our account. As a result of high banking cost a flat fee of $25.00USD will be added to your Invoice to cover the cost of processing your order. Please be sure to add any costs charged by your bank, so the correct amount is transferred to our account. Below you will find the information you need to send us a Wire Transfer. Please reference our invoice number on all transfers!
