Senior OEM Sales Associate

Are you an experienced electronics sales associate currently working in the industry for a company that is holding you down? 4 Star Electronics is currently looking for experienced OEM Sales Associates with an established account base. We are one of the industry leaders and still continuing to grow. We have a new state of the art lab that houses our Quality Control department. We now have in-house capabilities that include testing, counterfeit screening, de-capsulation, programming, and many other value added services.

We have the inventory (100k line items IN-STOCK), industry leading quality control department, and quality certifications to support the BIG OEM’s and CM’s. Our reputation is outstanding and we are continually adding new equipment and inspection procedures to our quality control process. We are privately funded and financially sound, not many companies can say that during these very testing economic times.

Candidates must be highly motivated, hard working, intelligent, and computer literate with excellent communication and people skills. 5+ years OEM/CM Sales experience and an established account base a plus. We are looking for a couple of good closers that want to work with a great group of people in San Clemente, Ca. We offer one of the best commission structures in the industry.

OEM Sales Associate

Established Orange County based Electronic Components distributor looking for OEM Sales Associates. Candidates must be highly motivated, hard working, intelligent, and computer literate with excellent communication and people skills. This is a unique opportunity to break into the electronic components business, where you can easily earn a six-figure income in the first year (average annual income is $125k). Accounting AR/AP

Quality Control Clerk

4 Star Electronics hiring Quality Control Clerks (Receiving Inspection) that will perform a wide variety of quality control duties on board level components that are used in all types of applications. This is your chance to come and work with a great company and have the opportunities to grow within the corporation.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Perform incoming and outgoing inspections of purchased parts, subassemblies or finished products according to well defined criteria using standard physical, mechanical and/ or electrical measurements.
• Rework or reject components or finished products as required.
• Conduct and document process and system audits using written procedures as audit standards.
• Accurately document the results of the inspections and testing.
• Coordinate findings with your manager.
• Monitor critical equipment and instrumentation to ensure proper operation and calibration. (ESD Compliance)
• Complete monthly cycle counting on in stock inventory.
• Support other members of the quality team when needed.
• Monday – Friday 7:30 am – 5:00 pm.

Education, Training, Skills and Experience Requirements:

• 2+ years of electronic component knowledge is preferred
• 2+ years Quality Control experience in Receiving Inspection is preferred
• Must have good computer skills
• Must be able to sit for extended periods of time
• Must be able to lift at least 50lbs.
• ISO9001-2000 or AS9120 Experience is preferred
• ESD “Electro Static Discharge” knowledge is preferred
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Must have good English written and verbal communication skills
• Good mathematics skills are required
• Mechanical aptitude desired
• Working knowledge of measurement instruments is preferred
