About Holtek Semiconductor

Holtek Semiconductor Inc., a Taiwanese company, is principally engaged in the design and manufacture of integrated circuits (ICs). The Company's products are classified into five categories: microcontroller units (MCUs), such as 8-, 16- and 32-bit MCUs; consumer ICs; communications ICs; computer peripheral products, and memory ICs. The Company also provides IC design services for other manufacturers. During the year ended December 31, 2006, the Company obtained approximately 40%, 31% and 14% of its total revenue from its MCU, consumer IC and computer peripheral product businesses, respectively.
