Thin Quad Flat Pack

The thin quad flat pack is for use in applications where package body thickness must be held to a minimum. These packages are 1.4 mm to 1.0 mm thick, compared to the standard PQFP thickness of 2.7 mm or 3.5 mm. The TQFP has gull-wing style copper leads.
